Returns Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. Please inspect your purchase promptly upon receipt.
Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received, with all original tags, packaging, and authentication certificates included.
Items that show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return.
Store Credit Only: All returns will be issued as store credit. No refunds or exchanges are available. Store credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchase, excluding original shipping fees, and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 7-day window. We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure the safe return of your item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue the store credit within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions: Certain items, such as final sale items, personalized products, or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase, are not eligible for return.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
